After fifteen years studying classical piano with Pierre François, a well-known french pianist, he integrates many Jazz formations in Paris, he continued his studies in musicology at the University of Paris VIII with as Professor François Janneau and Max Heiderger, where he learn harmony, orchestration and counterpoint. At the same time he worked as arranger in the variety and pop working with of many french and international artists including Zazie, Alix Éwandé, Ken Norris, Elisa Point, Mike West, Ann Lanster, Anya... A graduate of the SAE Institute, he became a sound designer and musical for video media, then work alongside prestigious composers such as Bruno Coulais, Philippe Chany, Jean-Claude Petit... In 2006 he scored the short film "The most dangerous man in the world" of Jean-Paul Girbal (Official Selection at Clermont-Ferrand Festival) for which he received the award of the best original music in 2007 UCMF, UCMF (French union of film composers) who he joined at the same time. In 2007 he worked on "A kiss from Tokyo" with the well known character designer Kevin Dart, which is selected as the best animated film at the Annecy Festival that allows him to work on several animated films, advertising in France and the United States. In 2013 he composed and orchestrated for a prestigious orchestra and recorded a 80 musicians piece for an animated short “Helium Harvey”. In 2014 he scored the feature film for the award winning Arnold de Parscau “Le domaine des Etriqués”.

Cyrille Marchesseau est un compositeur, orchestrateur et pianiste français primé. Sa formation classique couplée à ses compétences en matière de production moderne l’amènent à travailler aussi bien pour de l’animation que de la fiction (Dreamworks, Gaumont, Studio Canal, Pathé ou encore la BBC).

Cyrille Marchesseau est un conteur musical au sens du timing impeccable et à la sensibilité assumée. Ses influences néo-minimaliste et lyrique rendent sa musique toujours émouvante, rêveuse et inspirante. Après des collaborations remarquées avec les réalisateurs Federico Heller et Kevin Dart, il signe récemment le score de la série franco-argentine, multi récompensée, "Gloomy Eyes" ainsi que la Bande Originale du Film d’Arnold de Parscau "Une barque sur l’océan".
